Won hissed when the needle slid into his skin. "Do you have to be so rough?"

"Yes," smiled the nurse. "It's in the handbook: Always be unreasonably cruel to your patients. You're the one who signed the dang forms that hold me to follow them, you know."

He gave her a smile back, but it felt fake, and she probably knew it. The liquid burned when it passed through him, making it hard to bring out any real pleasure. He shook it, wincing when the burn spread faster.

"You know, I never thought I'd actually meet you," muttered the nurse running a finger through her hair. It was blond, traveling down her back in a classically tight nurse outfit that made him wonder exactly what sort of place he'd been in. The way it hugged against her breasts and bottom made him wonder if that even mattered. They'd been a distraction during the form signing, though.

"Meet me?" he murmured, allowing his eyes to trace the gentle curve of her hips again. The deep neckline revealed pale ovals of her flesh for his eye, though he tried not to stare at them obviously. He was afraid his eyes might pop out if he did.

"Yeah. I watch you on dA." He glanced up at her in time to see her smiling, and then back down again. No male parts to light an alarm, but there was something familiar about her now that he looked again. Which made no sense for someone who watched him online, but there he had it. "I never thought I'd be seeing you without a paper bag over your head, either."

He gave her a more realistic smile, this time, though it was still preoccupied. "That's mostly just an online avatar affect.  I only use it for special occasions out here."

She pouted, reinforcing his thought that he might know her. Her hands were on her hips as she leaned forward, the narrow gap between her breasts giving a look all the way down her clothing where it clung to the skin of her flat stomach. "And meeting me isn't something special?"

"Should it be?" His arm was hurting more than before. He glanced at it absentmindedly and paused, lifting it in front of his face in horror. It had turned slender, the flesh sloping down from the moment it lefts its elbow, moving from masculine flesh down the gradients to a dainty hand with long nailed fingers. He wiggled them for a moment, hoping for some sort of sick joke, and then wrenched his gaze back up to the tip of its masculinity.

The shift had already progressed past the elbow, the narrow flesh working to the shoulder as it narrowed, the fiery pain moving in a band around his chest that made it hard to breathe. He gasped a few times, feeling the tenderness of his nipples with a spike of fear as the pain spread through the rest of his body.

"How do I know you?" he whispered, looking at the woman. She smiled at Won as his stomach crumpled, his sides collapsing in a fit of intravenous fire as his body shrunk on itself. His legs were slender and his flesh felt soft, smooth and silky when he ran a finger across the surface of his stomach and down to his groin. The flesh was softening, there, collapsing inward faster when he tried to grip at it. It was squashed to nothing between his swelling thighs by the time his chest began to pulse.

"Don't you recognize me?" The nurse pouted again. "You drew me, once; but not for a long time since. Thankfully the Clinic offered me a job, or I'd be stuck in imaginative limbo forever…"

He opened his mouth, but his throat constricted, his Adam's Apple disappearing as his hair grew down past where it had been. It was dirty blond instead of brown, moving down his swelling bottom as spheres began to push out against his shirt.

"What's happening to me?" he whispered. His voice sounded soft and feminine, a caress that made his fearful tone into something almost beautiful. The bottom of his hair curled around his new bottom as the nurse laughed.

"Don't you remember what happened in your comic, either?" she demanded. "You're a girl."

The swelling orbs burst outward, nipples pressing further against cloth as milky white orbs crushed against their constraints, the threads giving way into a rip to reveal cleavage, a generous window showing the way down a smooth white stomach.

"Now," smiled the nurse, "how about we get you dressed in a nice and tight nurse's outfit? Those chemicals you signed for cost a bit, you know."

"I won't  - you were supposed to help me with my cold!" Won protested. "I told you that my sinuses were clouding up my head!"

"You worry too much," she sighed, sliding the paper bag over his head "We're taking wonderful care of your head. Don't you agree?" She smiled, watching Won writhe as the burn spread to his skull. "Aren't you happy to be the new assistant you were always too cheap to get me?"

Wonda nodded, blushing a little. She had the feeling something had gone wrong, but she couldn't rember what. The burn in her skull had gone down, at the very least.

She figured the rest was all okay so long as she had gotten her money's worth.
Personally, I suspect it's the one from , but that's just me.

It's for :icontgwonder:'s birthday, of course. :P (happy zappy!)
